Delete Account Request – Rekay’s Hardware App

Users can request deletion of their account and associated data by following the steps below:

Steps to request account deletion:
1. Send an email to: itteam@rekayshardwarezm.co.in
2. Use subject: “Delete My Account”
3. Include your registered email or phone number

What data will be deleted:
- User account information
- Personal details (name, email, phone)
- App usage data
- AI interaction history

What data may be retained:
- Transaction records (for legal/tax purposes such as ZRA compliance)
- Retention period: as required by law

Processing time:
- Requests will be processed within 7 working days
